Going #ALLinFertility: Honoring Every Journey During National Infertility Awareness Week
Since 1989, National Infertility Awareness Week® (NIAW) has served as a powerful reminder that the path to parenthood isn’t always easy—and no one should have to walk it alone. Founded by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, NIAW is about more than awareness. It’s about advocacy, visibility, education, and support for the 1 in 6 people navigating infertility. This year’s theme, #ALLinFertility, is a call to action—to show up, speak out, and stand together in the name of family-building for all.
What Does It Mean to Go #ALLinFertility?
#ALLinFertility is more than a hashtag—it’s a commitment to inclusivity, compassion, and equity in the world of reproductive care.
- All stories matter—whether your path includes IVF, egg or sperm donation, surrogacy, adoption, or living child-free not by choice.
- All people deserve care—regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, relationship status, or socioeconomic background.
- All emotions are valid—from hope to heartbreak, from resilience to grief, from silence to storytelling.
Infertility can feel like being dealt a difficult hand—an unpredictable game of odds and obstacles. But during NIAW, we’re reminded: while the deck may look different for each person, every path to parenthood is real, worthy, and deserving of support.
