Networking Opportunities and Schedule Highlights
One of the key takeaways from the SEEDS 2024 Spring Conference was the emphasis on networking and community building. Based on feedback from previous conferences, organizers allocated more time for networking sessions, allowing attendees to connect, share experiences, and foster meaningful relationships.
Day 1 of the conference kicked off with a leisurely brunch, providing attendees with the perfect opportunity to mingle and network before diving into the day's agenda. The cocktail party, held on-site at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, offered further networking opportunities and a chance for attendees to unwind after a day of insightful discussions.
Day 2 started with a unique Hive Mind Breakfast, featuring an open mic format to facilitate collaborative conversations and discussions among attendees. The extended lunch break encouraged continued networking without the constraints of round table topics, fostering organic connections and knowledge sharing.
The SEEDS 2024 Spring Conference covered a wide range of topics relevant to the field of reproductive health and fertility. The Society for Ethics for Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) is a nonprofit group created for all U.S. agencies to have a voice in defining a set of ethical standards for egg donation and surrogacy programs. We are working to self-regulate and offer the best ethical standards for all parties including our clients, clinics, donors, surrogates and others in our industry.
SEEDS strives to create and maintain a community within surrogacy and egg donation which focuses on ethics in each and every facet of this process. We understand the importance, not only to the professional community, but to the general public, in facilitating ethical business practices that ensures third-party reproduction remains a viable and obtainable family-building option for generations to come.
A large portion of our efforts goes towards educating our members through the SEEDS Education Committee. The purpose of the SEEDS Education Committee is to create, prepare, and facilitate educational opportunities and standards for SEEDS Membership.
