Thallo Health to Attend SEEDS Conference, November 6-8

At Thallo Health, we’re committed to connecting with leaders, innovators, and advocates in family-building and reproductive health, and we’re thrilled to announce our participation in the SEEDS Conference for the second consecutive year. This year’s event, taking place from November 6th through 8th, offers a unique opportunity to connect with other professionals dedicated to fostering safe, ethical, and supportive paths to family development.

The SEEDS (Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy) Conference is known for bringing together experts in various aspects of the family-building industry, including mental health, surrogacy, and reproductive medicine. The event allows us to exchange ideas and practices with professionals who share our commitment to compassionate, individualized care for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors alike.

What Makes SEEDS Special

The SEEDS Conference is one of the few that combines ethics, research, and the latest technology with the practical needs of those seeking or supporting alternative family-building options. With a focus on ethical advancements and patient-centered support, the conference encourages each attendee to help shape the future of family-building care. This event provides a platform to explore diverse perspectives and discuss how we can all play a part in ensuring that our work is rooted in compassion, transparency, and integrity.

What to Expect from Thallo Health at SEEDS

As a mental health support and assessment provider in the family-building journey, we’re excited to share Thallo Health’s work with fellow attendees. Our aim is to bring mental health to the forefront of family-building conversations, emphasizing the importance of mental health support for surrogates, intended parents, and egg donors. Throughout the event, we look forward to discussing ways to expand access to mental health care during family-building journeys and sharing insights into the challenges and needs we see from our work.

Andrea Bryman, Founder and CEO of Thallo Health, previously served as the Chair of the SEEDS Mental Health Committee, a role that reinforced our commitment to mental health in family-building. Today, Nicole, our Clinical Director, is continuing this legacy as an active member of the committee. Andrea will also be speaking on a panel titled “You’ve Lost that Loving Feeling: Navigating Match Breaks” on November 8th from 1:10 pm to 2:00 pm, alongside esteemed colleagues Raquel Arana, Chris Jackson, and Katie Statler. This discussion will dive into the emotional complexities of match breaks and provide insights on supporting individuals through these challenges.

A Focus on Progress and Connection

Conferences like SEEDS are critical to Thallo Health’s ongoing development. Being surrounded by so many dedicated professionals pushes us to continuously improve and innovate within our field, allowing us to learn from and contribute to the family development landscape. The SEEDS Conference not only provides a setting to showcase our work but also to deepen connections and foster new collaborations, ultimately benefiting the families we serve.

We can’t wait to engage with our peers, learn from other experts, and build partnerships that will allow us to better serve our clients. The journey to family is complex, and we are honored to be part of an event that shares our commitment to compassionate, ethical support at every step of the way.
