Benjamin Bryman
Ben has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in areas of practice ranging from dual-diagnosis inpatient treatment to youth and families. He found a passion for family-building and has worked extensively with both foster and adoptive families in addition to families utilizing assisted reproduction. His clinical work is informed by a social justice framework that aims to honor and support individuals around their unique experiences. His therapeutic approach is grounded in humanism with strong postmodern influences.
Ben’s extensive experience with home studies, family-building, and diagnosis aids him in being highly qualified and trained to support the mental health and psychological assessment needs for the field of fertility. Ben is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Colorado, and as a Florida Telehealth provider. He is also bilingual and able to provide counseling services in both Hebrew and English.
Ben has continued his professional growth in the field of infertility through research and involvement as a professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, ASRM Mental Health Professional Group, and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy.
Ben is also trained in bariatric assessments and offers comprehensive evaluations that address the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting a patient’s weight loss journey. His compassionate approach fosters a supportive environment to help clients navigate the challenges of bariatric surgery.
