Dr. Kristen Julin
Dr. Kristen Julin is a Clinical Psychologist, licensed in Texas and Maryland, along with being PSYPACT credentialed in 40 other states. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. She completed her psychology residency at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Dr. Julin has extensive experience in providing counseling to individuals, groups, and families as well as conducting psychological evaluations used to guide individual treatment needs. Over the past 10 years, she has worked in a variety of settings including private practices, community mental health settings, acute psychiatric hospitals, substance abuse treatment facilities, a VA Medical Center, and correctional facilities. She has held positions as director of a clinical training program, adjunct professor, and coordinator of residential treatment programs.
Dr. Julin has personal experience with non-traditional reproduction and is passionate about helping intended parents realize their dream of a growing family. She understands the complex and sensitive issues that can arise during this journey and works diligently to help individuals and couples navigate these complexities. Dr. Julin's training and experience in conducting psychological evaluations in conjunction with her passion for the assisted reproduction community as a whole, have made her a valuable addition to the team.
She has continued her professional growth in the field of infertility through research and involvement as a professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, ASRM Mental Health Professional Group, and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy.
